Dog Walker, Dog Walking & Pet Waste Removal in Land O' Lakes, FL
If your commute runs down SR 54 or the Suncoast Parkway, your dog is doing a nine-hour shift alone on the living room floor. By the time you're back, they're wired, you're done, and the walk quietly becomes a quick trip to the yard again.
We walk dogs across Land O' Lakes, from Connerton and Bexley to Oakstead, Asturia, Dupree Lakes and Lake Padgett Estates. Thirty, forty-five or sixty minutes, on a schedule you pick, with a photo of your happy dog when we're back.
Built for Walking, If Someone Has the Time
This is a good part of Pasco County to walk a dog. Connerton, Bexley, Asturia and Oakstead were all laid out with sidewalks, trails and ponds, and there's real shade once you're off the main roads. The problem was never the neighborhood. It was the hours.
A midday walk breaks up the day for a dog who would otherwise hold it from seven in the morning until six at night. It also takes the edge off the evening, which is usually when the chewing, pacing and digging start. We get into that in how much exercise a dog needs.
Florida Heat Decides the Route, Not the Clock
From May through September, the pavement along these sidewalks gets hot enough to hurt. Before every walk I check the ground with the back of my hand. If it's too hot for my skin, it's too hot for your dog's paws, and we move to grass, shade or a shorter loop.
Afternoon storms get the same treatment. We shift the time or shorten the route rather than push through it. Our guide on how hot is too hot to walk your dog covers the thresholds we use.
Pair It With Your Yard Cleanup and Save
Most Land O' Lakes customers already have us coming out weekly for pooper scooper & pet waste removal in Land O' Lakes. Adding a walk to that same visit starts at $9.99, which is roughly half what a standalone walk costs, because we're already at your gate.
The scooping is always done first, with dedicated tools and gloves. Gloves come off, hands get sanitized and tools go back in the truck before your leash is ever touched.
