How it works

Spot a missed pile within 24 hours of our visit? Text us a photo—we'll re-sweep your yard within 24 hours AND credit that visit 100% free on your next statement.

  • Text a photo of the missed pile to (813) 563-2310 within 24 hours of the Gate-Lock Photo text.
  • Dogs keep using the yard after we leave. The guarantee covers waste that was already there at the visit, not fresh waste left after the timestamped gate photo.
  • Grass needs to stay under 5 inches, and the yard needs to be clear of heavy leaves or debris. Overgrown or flooded yards are cleaned on a best-effort basis until the lawn is mowed or the water is gone.
  • One free-visit credit per calendar month. The most we credit for any visit is the fee paid for that visit.

What’s covered

  • Customers on an active weekly or twice-weekly plan, and one-time or reset visits, within our service area.
  • Waste that was in the agreed service area at the time of our visit.

What’s not covered

  • Waste left after our visit, for example by your dog, a neighbor’s dog, or wildlife.
  • Areas we couldn’t safely reach or weren’t asked to service, such as locked side yards, flower beds, under decks, or areas blocked by toys, furniture, or standing water.
  • Visits where we couldn’t get in because the gate was locked, access info was wrong, or a dog wasn’t secured.
  • Missed visits or delays caused by severe weather, which we reschedule at no cost.
  • Reports made more than 24 hours after the Gate-Lock Photo text, or without a photo.

Limits

  • The free-visit credit has no cash value.
  • The guarantee covers the quality of our cleanup. It does not cover lawn damage, illness, or other costs.
  • We may decline repeated or unsupported claims.

Half-off first visit

New residential customers only, one per household, for the first yard-cleanup visit. A dog walk added to that visit is full price. It can’t be combined with other offers. Weekly pricing applies from the second visit on. Available within our service area: Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Land O’ Lakes, San Antonio, Dade City, Lutz, New Tampa, and Plant City.
